My name is Rebecca Tsai, and I am thrilled to be part of the third grade team at Highwood Hills Elementary. I have a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I have been at Highwood Hills since 2023, and have worked with youth and families as an educator and advocate for 14 years.
